Forget pumpkin spice, try pumpkin smash at Action Tours every Saturday for the month of October.
Guests will have a spook-tacular time ziplining and smashing pumpkins! If you hit the target, you’ll also win an awesome prize!
Tickets are $150, ages 8 years and older.
The Big Bear Lions Club is hosting its annual Pumpkin Patch at the base of Snow Summit this year!
Kids can enjoy a free bouncy house, hay maze and carnival games with prizes, while supplies last. One free pumpkin for kids under 12, must be accompanied by an adult. 10am – 2pm.
The whole family is invited to head to The Village from 5 – 7pm on Halloween to trick-or-treat from store to store. Don’t forget your costume!
A special dog costume contest will take place from 4 – 4:30pm at the Copper Q.
The Southern California Mountains Foundation is hosting their annual Treats & Trails event on the Rathbun Trail in Moonridge on October 28th from 12pm – 2pm. Grab your best Halloween costume and head down to the trails for some trick or treating!
Big Bear Alpine Zoo is hosting a spooky event this October – a twilight safari focusing on nocturnal animals. Enjoy hot chocolate and cookies along the way.
Six tours per day at 4:30pm, 5:00pm, 5:30pm, 6:00pm, 6:30pm and 7:00pm. $27 per ticket. Tickets are available via website only. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Raise a stein to Big Bear’s 53rd annual classic Oktoberfest celebration featuring brats & beers, music, contests like log sawing and stein holding, and of course the crowd favorite Chicken Dance. Prost!
