Meredith Hospitality Brands Acquires Fairway Vacation Rentals
Oregon based Meredith Lodging continues to expand its reach throughout the West Coast.
Palm Desert, CA, October 25, 2022. Meredith Hospitality Brands has announced its acquisition off Fairway Vacation Rentals, a full-service vacation rental management company offering luxury rental properties throughout the Coachella Valley area for over 35 years. The official announcement was made Monday, October 24, 2022, at the VRMA Conference in Las Vegas, and is a part of Meredith’s aggressive and strategic growth plan gearing up for 2023.

The move to break into Coachella Valley’s market is a part of Meredith’s rapid growth and expansion plan in the coming years, focusing on niche communities with high income potential for property owners.
