Enjoy the perfect winter experience with the forest right at your doorstep, where you can sled in what feels like your own little ski slope right there. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall enjoy the hiking trails in your own backyard, or go bike riding. The perfect outdoor setting in Big Bear.  

2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, a private door to the back deck and a full master bathroom just remodeled. The 2nd bedroom also includes a CA king-size bed and is cozy and warm. There is a full-size newly remodeled guest bathroom in the hallway.  

The living room is open and decorated with lots of Big Bear charm. Includes a flat-screen TV, Cable and Blu-Ray, gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating. Gas fireplace, Large flat screen TV, Cable, Blu-Ray, and Wireless Internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up your favorite meal. This home has lots of Big Bear charm! It's clean and newly remodeled, and the pricing is great!

You can't beat the location and the amazing backyard with your own hiking trails!

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
