Perched on a sea view ridge in the picturesque Olivia Beach seaside community, this majestic home is a newly constructed Nantucket-inspired home with ocean views from three expansive west-facing decks.
When you drive up you are greeted by an adorable cottage porch with rocking chairs and a circular drive from which to drop off luggage. Walking inside, there is a massive mudroom from which to kick off the shoes and put on the flipflops! The beach is a short stroll via Olivia Beach’s private direct access.
The top floor is the heart of the home where you will enjoy amazing sunsets from wrap-around windows in the great room. There is a large kitchen island perfect for creating meals while streaming shows on the TV. The beautiful farm table seats eight comfortably and is a perfect spot for enjoying games or puzzles, and there are four more seats at the bar. Curl up with a book or take a nap in the window seat with oodles of pillows. Or use the leather motion chairs next to the gas fireplace. And if you need a quiet room to work or study in, you’ll love the office with a full-sized writing desk, swivel chair, and bookcase. There is free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home.
The entry level boasts two ensuite bedrooms with king-size comfort beds, plenty of storage and sliding-doors to a private deck with ocean views. One bath features a tub/shower combination and the other, a massive walk in shower with European glass and a separate soaking spa tub.
The lower level lives like a separate suite, with living room, two bedrooms, a bath and doors to the deck with Jacuzzi hot tub and more ocean views. There you will enjoy a sectional to curl up in with a blanket while you enjoy a 65” smart TV with surround sound speakers, a second gas fireplace, a mini beverage fridge so you don’t have to go upstairs for refreshments during a movie and a bistro table for enjoying morning coffee. One king bedroom has an ocean view and another bedroom features two twin beds and a desk. The shared bath features two sinks and a walk-in shower.
