The one-and-a-half-acre Wapato Lake Waterfront Retreat sits on a rise of 268ft of high bank waterfront  You’ll have your own private dock (plus a canoe and paddle-board for your use!) for getting onto and into the water. A furnished, wrap-around deck gives you stellar views of the lake and glimpses of wildlife that move through the area. Lake views continue from the living room, where you’ll enjoy comfy sofas, a gas heating stove, a large Smart TV, and fiber optic fast wireless internet. A dining table for six and a, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a breeze. Two bedrooms, a king and a queen, promise a great night’s sleep in the quiet setting.
 
On the lower level, is a separate entrance to a living area with a twin bunk bed, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a lower outdoor deck, making this an excellent home to share with another family. Outside is a new Jacuzzi hot tub for everyone to relax in with expansive views of the lake. A detached small play house that is full of kid's toys (no utilities). The property has a private EV charger, and a Level 2 Tesla Universal Wall Charger with an integrated J1772 Adapter to conveniently charge any electric vehicle.  From Seattle it is around 200 miles, so if you have a range over 200 miles you should be able to drive over without charging,  However, if you need to charge there are plenty of chargers on the way.  Charging is complementary.

You can also explore two neighboring wineries on foot. Invite your guests to a wonderful time at the lake, gazing into the water from your private dock, swimming, fishing, paddle-boarding, canoeing, mooring your personal boat/watercraft or just enjoying a glass of wine from your scenic perch on the deck. It’s the perfect way to unplug and enjoy this amazing, scenic area!
 
Note: There are no interior stairs to access the upper and lower levels of the home.  To access the lower level go outside and walk down the path along the home to lower level entry.

Security Camera located at front door porch.  It is on 24/7.  
The noise monitor is located inside the home.  Only monitors decibels not any conversations.

Air conditioning is on the top floor only, and electric heat is on the lower floor.
