Each bedroom suite provides privacy and comfort: a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a suite with two queen beds, all with private bathrooms. Located near the 804 Trail, which passes directly in front of the house, you can take a scenic walk along the dramatic oceanfront to Yachats’ charming downtown, filled with restaurants, bakeries, coffee houses, and quaint shops.

If you have extra guests, Arbor House South adjoins its twin, Arbor House North, allowing you to rent both homes to accommodate up to 16 guests. It’s a perfect setup for family reunions or group vacations, offering shared access and quarters in a stunning Central Oregon Coast location.
