PROPERTY DETAILS: Property Details: ENTRY LEVEL: Living Room: TV Dining Area Kitchen Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds Hallway: One Full Bathroom Hallway: One Full Bathroom (Walk-In Shower Only) Other: Washer and Dryer 4 Cars Maximum - 3 cars in the driveway (to the right) and 1 parking spot in the back of the house between the main house and ADU. This is a dog-friendly property; there is a $60 non-refundable per-pet fee (plus applicable taxes; limit of two dogs maximum). Dogs are allowed only if under 35 lbs. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Parking. No Boats, RVs, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as outlined in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property. *Each home is individually owned.
