You can dine at the six-person table (there are an additional card table and chairs under the stairs) and cook everything from a snack to a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen, with its gas range and a sink that faces out into the living area so no one gets left out. A main-level queen bedroom shares a bath with the hall, and the skylit landing upstairs opens to two queen bedrooms with a shared bath. You can play ping-pong in the garage, or grab one of a fleet of bikes and tool around the lovely Bella Beach neighborhood admiring the houses, stopping at the children’s playground, getting ice cream at Café C’est la Vie, and of course, hitting the beach access to play in the sand. If you have an electric car, Festivus comes with its own EV charger—the only one in Bella Beach.
