This home offers three comfortable bedrooms – two of which are master bedrooms!
The first master bedroom is located on the upper level and offers a king sized bed, a flat screen TV and a private balcony with lake views. The second bedroom offers two twin sized beds and a cozy sitting area with a flat screen TV. The hallway bath is conveniently located in between the master bedroom and second bedroom. The second master suite is located on the lower level and offers a king sized bed, a full sized sofa sleeper, a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. This suite also features private access, a kitchen, bathroom and its own patio with a natural gas BBQ. Both master suites feature amazing lake and mountain views! With an additional queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room area along with easy access to a full bathroom, this home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 9.

With two balconies and two natural gas BBQs, this home is perfect for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the incredible lake and mountain views! This home also comes with access to a community boat dock, pool and spa.

Level parking for three vehicles:  two just outside unit and garage access for one vehicle.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

This home allows a maximum occupancy of 9, with a maximum number of adults of 8. 

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 9 allowed. No Over Occupancy.
