Surrounded by tall pines, 4 Seasons Of Fun is a family friendly vacation cabin rental which comfortably sleeps 8 and is right across the street from the lake. Our centrally located 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin has "like-at-home" comfort and is LOADED with luxurious amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, hot tub/spa, indoor wood burning fireplace, Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi), Smart Cable TV, DVD movie library, and much more. We're in close proximity to all that Big Bear Lake has to offer - 400 feet from Big Bear Marina, a short 7 minute stroll to the Village boutiques, dining and entertainment, and only a 5 min drive to Skiing at Snow Summit and 10 min drive to Bear Mtn. You'll find a warm and inviting single-story cabin with a spacious Kitchen-Dining-Great room; all with wonderful lake and mountain views. This lovingly maintained cabin has a fabulous layout sure to accommodate your needs while providing a relaxing, get-away atmosphere.  

Our cabin is upgraded and ready for you to create new experiences in this home away from home. You'll find a mountain setting complete with luxurious new floors and carpet throughout, and a large sectional couch adorned with rustic pillows. Prepare your breakfast using the kitchen's new countertops and backsplash. Plus the hall bath has a new deep soaking tub and Travertine tiled shower.

Bed and Bath:

3 Bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms. Bed linens, towels, extra pillows, blankets, hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, it's own private bathroom with deck and hot tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a single twin. This rounds out the sleeping for 8.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

*This home has an exterior camera. The camera is located on the front of the house, and views the driveway and walkway to the front entrance.

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 8 allowed. No Over Occupancy.
