Living Space - Guests will feel at home in the luxe and welcoming living area with wood walls, ceilings, and floors, a gorgeous brick wood burning fireplace with hearth, and a comfortable sectional couch with a 50” plus flat screen Cable HDTV and DVD - perfect for lounging after a long day at the lake.  
 
Kitchen - Preparing and gathering for meals will be a breeze in this recently remodeled kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, sleek granite counter tops, state-of-the-art appliances, and a lovely dining table that seats 6.  
 
Bedrooms - After an adventure-filled day, guests will fall fast asleep in their choice of 3 comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs.  

Bedroom 1 - Primary with a king-size bed and flat screen TV 
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed 
Bedroom 3 - Twin over full bunk bed – perfect for any kiddos in the group! 

A twin air mattress is also available for an additional sleeping option. 
 
Outdoors - A spacious deck spans the whole length of the home extending the living area outside offering plenty of additional space for gathering and entertaining. There is also a gas BBQ - perfect for grilling burgers and dogs for the crew! Kids will love jumping in piles of autumn leaves and playing in the snow in the big yard. Spend the evenings relaxing under the stars in the large outdoor spa.

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property. 

This home allows a maximum of 7. 
(A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, with the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 7 allowed. No Over Occupancy.)
