Located 150 yards from Big Bear Mountain Ski Resort and Golf Course, this 3 bedroom / 2 bath mountain cabin is perfect for guests looking to maximize their time on the slopes! 

Nested amongst tall pine trees, guests will love the rustic mountain charm, wood-beamed vaulted ceilings, and spacious layout. 

The living area is large and open with a warm and cozy feeling with plenty of seating for everyone, and includes a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a gas fireplace, and a pool table! 

The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your favorite meals, and the dining table seats 6.  
 
After an adventure filled day, unwind with a soak in the hot tub, or enjoy an après ski drink on the deck with views of the slopes. 
 
When it is time to turn in for the night, guests will sleep comfortably in their choice of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has two twin beds, bedroom 2 has a queen, and bedroom 3 has a king bed with attached full bathroom.  
 
Located in the desirable neighborhood of Moonridge, guests will love the convenient location – walking distance to the slopes and golf course, and less than 4 miles to The Village and the lake.

Security Devices: This home has 3 security cameras one on the front door that oversees the front deck and side yard, one on the garage overlooking the driveway, and one on the side yard that overlooks the other side yard. 

A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 6 allowed. No Over Occupancy.
