Per the Parks at Broken Top HOA, all guests must abide by the Pool Facility Rules and Regulations. These are provided prior to check-in, and will be posted in the home.
Please note that the community pool and kids' pool are available seasonally Memorial Day to Labor Day, subject to change as decided by the HOA of the community.
Landscaping is performed intermittently from April through November, and may occur during guest stays. This includes mowing, weeding, and other exterior tasks to ensure that the property grounds are maintained to a high standard. We appreciate your understanding.
To keep the neighborhood running smoothly, guests agree to follow HOA rules, including:
Seasonal pool access (Memorial Day–Labor Day, schedule set by HOA)
Garage parking only (maximum of 2 vehicles); no street parking
$125 fine for parking violations
No RVs, trailers, boats, or similar recreational vehicles (a $250 fine applies for storage violations)
Home is not pet-friendly
Parking. No Boats, RV’s, etc. The Property is limited to a specific amount of off-street parking, as set forth in the Property description. You and your occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. No boats, buses, campers, recreational vehicles, personal watercraft, wave runners, or trailers, regardless of any type or size, may be parked at the Property.
