A wood stove and flat-screen TV are focal points for two comfy seating areas where you can gather with friends and family to catch up in the living room. The garage has been converted into a private game room, where you can enjoy extra lounging, additional flat-screen TV, and a few games of air hockey.  Around the corner, a delightful water-view dining room alongside a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, glossy countertops, and glass tile backsplash will host anything from a quick snack to an elaborate feast for six. The spacious king bedroom's door opens to the deck for light and air; a recliner, desk, table, TV, and half bath make the room extra versatile. A second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. 

Your Bayshore location puts you within an easy walk to Alsea Bay for terrific views, fishing, and crabbing, or to the level, sandy ocean beach of the Waldport spit (only a few minute, easy walk). Furry friends will enjoy the large and secure fenced yard and the whole family will love competing in a game of corn hole! You’ll also enjoy access to the seasonal pool for a small fee at the Bayshore Beach Club, plus the neighborhood playground and tennis courts. The quaint town of Waldport is a quick drive away, and Yachats is 15 minutes to the south and Newport 15 to the north. There’s lots to do and explore on foot and by car, and at the end of the day you’ll be toasting the sunset’s reflection from the waterfront deck of your Beach Abode!
